Aim
 

The 13th UNeGov.net Workshop on Electronic Governance in Developing Countries will be organized in Kabul, Afghanistan, as the thirteenth in a series of workshops under the UNeGov.net initiative.

The aim of UNeGov.net is to build a Community of Practice interested in developing, sharing and applying concrete solutions for Electronic Governance, especially in developing countries. In addition to Workshops, the Community is supported by a Portal and an annual Conference on the Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance.

The aim of the Kabul Workshop is to bring together experts and practioners from government, industry, academia and civil society interested in the development and utilization of Electronic Governance in Afghanistan - plans, challenges and solutions, at both national and local levels. The role of research and international cooperation will also be discussed.
