Many governments around the world are revisiting their public sector development strategies to enhance the value of public services. This seminar presents basic concepts for understanding the meaning of value while delivering public services and explains how electronic public services can be produced based on a reliable, extensible and reusable software infrastructure. In addition, the seminar emphasizes some stages of the development process for producing such infrastructure and the tools used to document development artefacts.
