Manager of different ICT for Development projects financed by the Government, World Bank and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). For several years worked as ICTD coordinator within UNDP Democratic Governance Programme in Kyrgyzstan aimed for better governance and fostering the use of ICTs in the country with the special focus on e-governance and public service delivery.
